SORTING TYPE OF VIEWS
In this section, you can select the default sorting type of data in schedule views.
ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEE INFORMATION
You can enable the display of data such as HR ID, job position and grade category.
HOURS RANGE DISPLAYED IN HOURS VIEW
In this tab you can set the range of hours displayed in the schedule;
set the visibility of tabs on the view, their area (planned, real, qualified, planned/qualified hours) and type (hours, rules, working time);
availability of tabs for modification of working time (work time rules, days off, working time, clearing content and forms of work performed).
SCHEDULE SUMMARY
In the section you can set the type of data displayed in the schedule summary.
Configure:
The locations where you want the field to be displayed,
short name and description,
salary and absence components
available time units.
Check the box if overtime should be settled at the end of the settlement period.
REPORTS
All Labor reports are available in the section.
To preview or modify, click on the selected item in the list to open the report.
Report creation/modification
Enter the name and description of the report.
Select purpose,
data source,
and data presentation, which checkboxes depend on the selected data source:
To add a field to the report click “+” or “-“, to delete.
Enter the names and short names of the columns.
Click the “hamburger menu” icon to select the range of data in the column.
To select specific data in the ADDITIONAL DATA column, click the link and select specific data from the list.
If necessary, mark the value to be formatted.
