MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION LOGIN (MFA)
In this section you can start MFA login and configure it.
To start the MFA check the box.
To make specific MFA methods available, check the boxes next to their names.
Additional configuration options can be found in the CONFIGURATION sub-tab.
Frequency of displaying inviting information – how often appears a pop-up encouraging you to launch MFA on your account.
App authorization on the mobile device – the action that is performed when logging into the application on the mobile device:
lack – the mobile device is not authorized or added to the list of trusted tools
Add to trusted – the mobile device is added to the trusted list after logging in
Add to trusted + authorize – after logging in, one of the authorization methods is activated; after successful authorization, the mobile device is added to the list of trusted devices
Allow multiple methods – the option allows you to run several login methods at once
Enforce set multi-factor login (MFA) – activating this option forces users to set an additional login method. You can set the effective date below.
SSO – Check the box if you want to enable the ability to log in using the SSO method.
In order for any of the options (standard login or login with SSO) to be checked by default when creating a user rights document, check the box next to the desired method
ADDITIONAL ID (LOGIN)
In this tab you configure the generation of additional user logins.
Check to automatically create logins for new users;
If logins should be registered without Polish characters.
If you want to define a building scheme, check the box.
Version logins – an ordinal number is automatically added to repeated logins.
Don’t save repeated logins – in case a login should repeat – it will not be saved
You can create your own design for an additional login based on the guidelines below.

In this tab you can enable options for registering accounts and granting/updating access rights.
HR USER SELECTION LIST
In this section, you indicate on which access rights you want to display employee selection lists from the Access rights application in each location of the system.
REPLACEMENTS
You can edit the access rights for delegation (replacement) documents, the types of documents in exceptions, verifications, and the automatic display of a window with the option to create a new delegation after sending a document for approval.
