To settle the advance payment, find the settlement document and open it.
In the Purpose of Advance tab, you can correct the purpose. To add incurred expenses, press the ADD button.
Add settlement items. Enter the description of the expense, contractor number, gross amount, and select the currency. You can add another item, save using the floppy disk icon, or delete using the trash can icon.
The added items will be summarized in the next tab – SUMMARY. There you will find the amount requested as an advance, the incurred expenses, and the amount to be returned.
Proceed to the approval path. If it is filled in automatically, send the request for approval using the paper plane button. If not, click the EDIT STAGE button and select the decision-makers from the list.
