Create a document, open the CONTRAHENTS (BUSINESS PARTNERS) app, click the “+” button, and select ADD PERSON.
Search for the business partner to whom you want to add a person and confirm.
A new document will open. To add informed persons or the person who made the contact, click the field and find the person on the list.
In the personal data section, enter the first name, last name, and gender.
In the company data section, enter the position, select the department, the title, and write the specialization and responsibility.
Enter contact details (phone numbers, email address, fax, Skype).
In the private data section, enter the address and provide private phone numbers and email address.
In the document details section, select the industry, sector, region, and group. You can add an additional description and enter details about the interest. Click the ADD button and choose the appropriate options.
Save the completed document by clicking the floppy disk button.
