The correspondence document consists of the following tabs: Basic Data, Document Content, Document Details, Approval Path, Comments and Attachments.
Basic data
The tab contains basic document data such as: Company name, Type and direction of the document, Contractor data, Document number and Log serial number, Document source, and confidentiality level,
as well as information about the responsible person, client supervisor, notified person, approval workflow level, and status.

Document content
This tab contains the essence of the document — its subject and content.
Document details
Document details include the document date, received/post date, and suggested response date — in the case of incoming correspondence.
Outgoing correspondence includes additional information: type of shipment, its value, charge, weight, payment on delivery amount, delivery confirmation, and additional comments.
Approval path
The presence of this tab depends on the company’s configuration and internal procedures. It is used to assign the decision-maker who approves the document. Depending on the settings, the approval path may be filled in automatically and cannot be edited.
Comments and attachments
This tab is used for adding and viewing additional comments and attachments.
