To create a requisition demand, open the ORDERS application, press the “+” button, and select DEMAND.
Select the type of demand.
In the INFORMATION tab, enter the document number and choose the issue date of the document.
In the SUPPLIER DATA tab, enter the supplier’s details for the requisition. You can either manually enter the data or import it from the contractors’ list. Additionally, you can select a contact person, and enter the phone number and email address.
In the same way, you can enter the delivery location details.
Additionally, fill in the e-mail address specify the delivery date and enter the delivery method.
In the DETAILS tab, you add requisition items. Click ADD PRODUCT, choose a category, and select a product from the list.
The selected items will appear on the list. To enter details for them, click the pencil icon. In the opened card, select the unit, enter the quantity, net price, and VAT. The completed card can be saved with the disk icon (or deleted with the trash icon). The filled cards will appear in the summary.
In the Date range tab, enter the payment deadline for the requisition and provide the justification for the expenses.

If the APPROVAL PATH tab is not filled in, click EDIT STAGE and select the decision maker. Once the document is ready, send it for approval by clicking the paper airplane icon.
