In the Overtime request document, there is a column that allows you to indicate a different CC number than the one assigned directly to the employee in his employment document. We indicate the CC number only if the overwork is to be assigned to a different CC number than the main one indicated next to the employee.
By default, the CC column displays the select inscription, which means that no other CC number than the one assigned to the employee has been indicated for overtime. If you want to add another CC number, click on the select button, then a confirmation question about the content will appear.
After clicking OK, a list of all CC numbers in the system is displayed.
Each Manager sees all CC numbers in the system.
For a given day, we can indicate only one CC number, it is not possible to de-decree overtime occurring on a given day to a different number of users.
After sending the Order for approval and its approval, information about the indicated CC number is entered into the schedule of a given employee. This information will be visible when you click on the icon located in the row with a given day.
In addition, the information is visible in the MODIFICATION HISTORY field regarding a specific line in the schedule.
After accepting the Overtime Work Command, the Manager has the option of changing the assignment of the CC number and in particular may:
1. remove the previously indicated CC number
To remove the assignment of CC no. to overtime, open the accepted doc in edit mode and uncheck the CC field in the ADDITIONAL OPTIONS column in the DOCUMENT DETAILS section.
After approving the desire to delete the CC number and saving the document, the data is updated in the employee’s schedule.
To change the assignment of the CC no. to overtime, open the accepted doc in edit mode and click on the rectangle with the stylus symbol located under the CC item in the document details
and select the appropriate number.
When you indicate another CC no. and save the document, the data is updated in the employee’s schedule.
Data of the entered CC no. at overtime are presented in the corresponding table in the Schedule Summary.
