You can’t approve a leave request after the schedule has been settled because the system only allows changes to the working time records before the settlement phase is closed. Once it’s closed, editing the WTR (Working Time Register) column is no longer possible for the user or the HR department, in order to ensure data integrity. If the SETTLEMENT FINAL END DATE is in the future relative to the current day, the user can roll back the schedule and make changes. Otherwise, only HR has the permissions to reverse the settlement phase, extend the date, or edit the WTR. After the settlement phase is completed, HR also cannot make any changes without rolling back the schedule. If the settlement date has passed and changes are needed, please contact your HR department.
