To display other employees’ leaves on the calendar, you need to use the BY ACCESS RIGHTS or BY STRUCTURE option, depending on your access rights:
By access rights – This is the basic option available to every user. It displays all leave requests the user has access to. This may include approved requests or those where the user has been indicated as an informed person.
By structure – This is an additional option available to users who have been granted appropriate permissions by the system administrator. It allows the display of leave requests related to elements of the organizational structure, such as Department, Division, Section, Team, or Subteam.
Thanks to these options, you can flexibly adjust the range of data displayed on the calendar depending on your permissions and the elements of the organizational structure you have access to.
