The Summary section of the calendar contains the following information:
Absences – a summary of all classified and planned absences in the given month, including minutes of absence in the case of hourly absences.
Payroll components – a table with data on planned and worked hours as well as all overtime components, broken down by days of the week.
Absence components – a table containing components of underworked hours broken down by individual days of the week that have been classified.
Balanced payroll components (for payment) – overtime components that have not been taken and will be paid out if still unused.
Settlement period – a table with summary data from all calendars for the given settlement period, facilitating planning and settlement of overtime, with a summary of overtime payment for the entire period.
