To create an employee delegation request, click the CREATE DOCUMENT button in the MY DOCUMENTS section of the Dashboard and select EMPLOYEE SECONDMENT from the list. A new request document will open with a selection window for choosing the employees to be delegated.
If you want to request that an employee from another department/store be temporarily assigned to your department, go to the SEARCH FOR EMPLOYEE tab. Indicate the day on which you need the employee:
– Select the employee search criteria and click the +SELECT button.
– Choose one or more criteria.
– Specify the exact values. Once the search form is complete, click SEARCH.
A list of employees who match the criteria will appear, along with a table showing their working hours for the selected day, the previous day, and the next day.
– Select the appropriate employee. A window will appear showing the department/store/team the employee will be delegated to and the responsible person.
– Select the delegation date range. If you wish to change the employee’s work schedule, click the WORK SCHEDULE link. You can assign a time rule or specific working hours by choosing the appropriate tab at the top of the window. The NO CHANGES tab will cancel any previously entered modifications to the work schedule. Confirm the completed delegation form by clicking OK.
If you want to delegate an employee from your own department/team to assist another department:
– Go to the SECONDMENT AN EPLOYEE tab. In the next window, click SCONDMENT, then select the department to which you want to delegate the employee.
– Enter the date range for the delegation and, if necessary, modify the work schedule – the steps are the same as described above.
– The entered data will be shown in the request document details. You can modify the date, delegation location, and work schedule there.
– To add a new person/row, click the “+” button and repeat the steps described above. To remove a row, click “–”.
– Send the completed request for approval using the button in the top left panel.
