
To submit a request for remote work or occasional remote work, launch the employee Dashboard. From the CREATE DOCUMENT menu in the MY DOCUMENTS component, select OCCASIONAL REMOTE WORK REQUEST. Enter the date for which the request applies. The system will automatically fill in the work format. The information entered in the previous steps will be displayed in the request form. Within the same form, you can request remote work for multiple dates. To do this, click the plus icon in the document details section. In the new row, select the date and confirm by clicking OK. Fill in the COMMENTS fields in the DOCUMENT DETAILS section. As part of the request, you must specify the address where the remote work will be performed. Complete the REMOTE WORK ADDRESS section. Depending on the procedure defined in your organization, employees may be required to read and accept specific declarations during the submission process. To do this, expand the DECLARATIONS section and confirm the appropriate statements. Without accepting the declarations, the request cannot be submitted for approval. Once all required data has been entered, the request is ready and can be sent for approval by clicking the SEND FOR APPROVAL button in the upper left panel.
